BUKONZO ORGANIC FARMERS COOPERATIVE UNION LTD (BOCU) is owned by members who are both men and women and currently operating with 3000 small holder farmers in the Rwenzori mountains region of western Uganda where they raise high quality organically grown and fair trade washed Arabica coffee on the slopes of mountain Rwenzori in Kasese district with her offices in mail ikumi.
POSITION: 1 certification officer
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Science in Organic Agriculture from a recognized institution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be aged 27 and above with a valid National ID
Women are highly encouraged to apply
Microsoft excel, word and internet is a must skill
Must be knowledgeable about the Organic and Fair trade standards
At least three years working experience from a reputable organisation
Excellent Oral and written communication in English
A valid Motorbike permit is an added advantage
Ability to Analyse Basic data will be an advantage
Self-motivation is a must skill to showcase creativity and innovation and be able to execute through team work.
