BOCU has 24 full time staff, 13 are office-based and 11 in the field. The management is led by a General Manager who fore sees the running of day to day activities.
on season Bocu also employs 45 women who are engaged in coffee sorting and this is twice a year. this has also boosted her Coprate social responsibility in the neighborhood where the Offices are located.
